LR Treated Rudely Even Though I'm an Owner
Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

Hi, unfortunately I'm a Westgate owner for 3 years now. The first year we called to confirm that we'd be staying in our unit and were told that they banked it with II. Problem was we weren't members of II. We talked on the phone till blue in the face and couldn't't get our week back. Finally I decided to go to Orlando and stay a couple of days in a hotel and see if I could't get better results in person. I was treated very rudely and pretty much told touch luck but get out and don't cause problems or they would call the police. I now have two weeks banked with Westgate itself but have never been able to use them. No matter when I want to stay there they are booked. I've paid $14,000.00 cash no less for something I'm not able to use not even if it's the week I bought. I found this site by accident but sure am glad I did. Has anyone that you know of tried to file a class action suit against Westgate? I'd sur e be interested in knowing.
