hi i was just browsing west gate lakes when i came across your bad experience. my wife and i were in Florida in November of last year. we to went on this one and a half hour sales pitch / ha we were there from 8 until 12; at the end of the tour the rep told us we could have some time to think about it. he palmed us of with some one else when we said we could not sign on that day as we said we would like to think things over? he replied that's OK so we thought are well we could come back the next day well that's what we thought. 10 minutes later a women rep came over and asked us if we were we ready to sign. after reading some of the comments in your letters page i am pleased i did not signing we were still harrassed
