Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

I just wanted to make a comment on the March 7th posting from JB. He is truly blessed if he got an exchange thru Interval International. We have tried several times at various resorts to exchange and have not had any luck. The first time we wanted to exchange they did not notify us that they could not find us an exchange until a week before our timeshare week. When I inquired as to why we had not been notified sooner the excuse was there was never anyone home....Hello I have an answering machine.
It took us another six months to get our exchange refund back. I still own the timeshare but am not a member of Interval International. I sometimes wonder if the same people don't own both companies.
