Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

I recently stayed at this resort. I was using a friend's unit. I was invited to meet with my rep for an "inventory" at the "club". This turned out to be a sales meeting. I told the rep that we already own a timeshare somewhere and are not interested in buying another. He kept insisting what a great opportunity this was for me. When I started to leave, he asked his "Boss" to join. Without asking any questions the Boss started to tell me that if money was the problem,he can reduce the price and make the deal affordable for me.Then he offered me a unit and started to explain how much I will regret if I did not accept their offer .
I asked him where did he get the impression that money was the problem ? I told him that I just wasnt in the market for another timeshare. I guess the boss did not hear me and kept his sales talk going. Finally we told them that this was our vaccation and they had wasted our precious time because kids are waiting at the unit to go outside and we are talking about nothing. At this point the boss got up and walked away very rudely ,without saying a word.
The rep was apologetic, but we had wasted three hours in that fish market, they call club,where people are seated like sardines and they keep announcing fake prizes. By the way , the better deal the boss was offering me was not the same as first one ! It was a lesser quality unit which was o fcourse at a lesser price. I wish there was a law against these kind of sales people. I wonder how many times innocent people are presurised by these sales people to signup and pay "down payment" when in reality these people don't need it or can't afford it . Wonder how many of them loose their "down payment".
