CD was there for 3 hours, not the 90 minutes promised
Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

While we didnt view a westgate property in Florida, we did view Westgate property in Gatlinburg TN.While we were also promised a 90 minute sales pitch we were there for 3 hours. As you stated the 1st salesperson we spoke to was very nice, the 2nd manager and the 3rd (whatever her title was) were RUDE to say the nicest. My husband and I finally told them that we were told only 90 minutes and we have wasted time on our vacation that cant be replaced. I finally just told them to give me our free show tickets and give us our deposit NOW> They finally got the hint.....I guess these people have a job to do, but it isnt necessary to tell a lie to do it. If they are going to need 3 hours of time-SAY THAT!! I think that would make a lot happier people who in the end would purchase their timeshare even if it werent on the same day.
