Found your website today. In August 2001, My mother and I signed up for the Westgate tour at the hotel, being told that we would get free Seaworld tickets out of it.
Although we did manage to get out of there after 2 hours, without buying thank goodness, we had the same experience as you did, as well as many of the other people who sent you their stories. We demanded our tickets and deposit back when they insulted us and told us that we were wasting their time for the free tickets!!
