Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

I wish now that we had done what you and your boyfriend did. We unfortunately fell into their ploy and purchased one week for $20,000.00. We just got our first year maintenance fee and tax bill...$713.00. We began paying for it last Feb. and can't even use it until April of 2004. I've been looking into selling it but hit nothing but dead ends. Thanks for putting your experience on the web...hopefully people will come here before they go to Westgate Lakes.
