The key is to find something you absolutely look forward to. Some people adore yoga. Some love salsa dancing! Some love skiing, or tennis, or golf, or heck even swordfighting. Try a variety of things. Keep your mind open. You never know which one will be exactly right for you, with the right group of people, and you'll look forward to going!
Exercise shouldn't be a chore. It should be something you crave, something you miss when you're not doing it, and something you laugh and enjoy.
