DaVinci Code Trip - London, Paris, ScotlandDan Brown's book The DaVinci Code has sold over 25,000 copies and is a movie starring Tom Hanks. It's amazing just how incredibly popular this story is, considering that most of this same material has been published recently in various other books. In fact, the authors of those books are in some cases suing, as the storyline is so incredibly similar. Another issue with the book is that the intro (and author) make many claims as to the authenticity of the data - but when examined, it is quite lacking in simple research.
Because of these issues, I went on a fact-finding trip to the key locations mentioned in the story, primarily in London, Paris, and Scotland. Here are my notes, and my photos. Look through them to learn for yourself what is true and what is false - and if you want to make the trip to see first hand for yourself, I hope my experiences will help you plan your adventure!
