Sometimes women have morning sickness, nausea and vomiting when they become pregnant. But many women don't get this at all. Others of course feel sick due to allergies or stress.

Just because you feel ill in the morning doesn't mean you are pregnant. Especially if you are feeling stressed with worry about if you ARE pregnant, you could be causing this sick feeling yourself.

If you are feeling very ill each morning, it might be good to take a pregnancy test simply to rule that out. You can then go on to trying to identify what IS making you ill - be it allergies, food reactions, stress, or something else.
