This is one of the official Disney high end hotels, located on the monorail loop right around the Magic Kingdom area. The monorail goes right through the center of this cool geometric building! Not only that, but their restaurant, the California Grill, is mentioned as the best spot to see fireworks from in pretty much every book on Disney that exists in the world :)
