Red-Green-Blue Color Chart
Red is the first two-digit part of six-digit web color entries. Using hex, numbers go from 0 through F (15). Solid red would be #FF0000 - meaning full red, no green and no blue.
Here is a chart showing all web-safe colors going from the most red down to the least red. Note that it doesn't matter what color the text is - it's just changing colors to keep it readable against the colored background.
